International Attempts to Restrict Your Access to Supplements

The news isn't all bad as of July 2005. Even though the European Union has adopted much of the CODEX guidelines as compiled by the pharma industry there has been some concession on the silly restrictions that would have made selling most vitamin and food supplements illegal. Here in the states it is important to oppose trade agreements like CAFTA. Provisions in CAFTA that make our own local laws irrelavant are what makes what is happening in europe regarding CODEX important to US citizens. Please let your congressional representatives know that signing away our sovereignty is NOT in our best interest.

Oh yes. Also contact your representatives about stopping HR 3156 which takes off from where the CODEX rules leave off.
